Your year has three phases. You learn the role, you prepare your application with us, and once you are hired, Maddy coaches you through your first three cruises as a River Cruise Manager or Cruise Director.
Academy Learning
You learn the role of a River Cruise Manager from the ground up, and you practise it live with Maddy every week.

Pass the Final Exam with a combined score of 80+ and at least 70 in each part: Final Project, live talks and written test.
