Last updated: June 13, 2026
1. Course Access and Enrollment
1.1 Eligibility
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have relevant hospitality or service industry experience, or meet the background expectations described for the program
Must meet course prerequisites if applicable
1.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
You must not share your login credentials with anyone else
You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account
2. Payment and Refunds
2.1 Course Fees
Full payment, or an approved payment plan, is required for course access
Prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise specified
Payment plans are available as specified at the time of enrollment
Fees are non-transferable
2.2 Your Right of Withdrawal
If you enroll as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right, inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement — by email to maddy@rivercruisementor.com, or using the withdrawal function on our website. You may use the model withdrawal form annexed to these Terms, but you are not obliged to. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
2.3 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
2.4 Immediate Access to Digital Content
The course lessons, recordings, interactive tools and downloadable materials are digital content supplied online and not on a tangible medium. Access is opened immediately upon enrollment.
At enrollment you are asked to give your express prior consent to supply beginning immediately, and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal in respect of that digital content once supply has begun. Where you have given that consent and acknowledgement, no refund is due in respect of the digital content.
If you prefer to keep your full 14-day withdrawal right, do not give that consent at enrollment. Your platform access will then be opened once the 14-day period has expired.
2.5 Services Begun During the Withdrawal Period
The live sessions, coaching and mentorship are services. If you ask us to begin providing them during the 14-day withdrawal period and you then withdraw, you will pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided up to the moment you informed us of your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
2.6 After the Withdrawal Period
Once the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, fees are non-refundable. No refunds are provided for individual modules, partial completion, unused entitlements, or requests made after the withdrawal period.
2.7 Making a Request
Withdrawal and refund requests should be sent in writing to maddy@rivercruisementor.com. Reimbursement is processed within 5 to 10 business days of acceptance and in any event within the 14-day period set out in 2.3.
2.8 Enrollments Made in a Business Capacity
The statutory right of withdrawal in 2.2 applies to consumers. Where you enroll for purposes relating to your trade, business, craft or profession, that statutory right does not apply, and the contract is governed by 2.1, 2.6 and 2.7.
