Every year the students of our River Cruise Mentor | Leadership Academy step out of the online classroom and onto a river cruise ship, together with Maddy Caldaruse, who has spent 26 years on Europe's rivers and has trained 160+ River Cruise Managers. This time, you can come along.
Four nights on board and four ports: Düsseldorf, Antwerp, Brussels and Nijmegen. You live the guest experience at a premium standard, watch how a cruise really runs, and, if you join the training, stand on stage with a microphone and leave with professional photos and a sharper LinkedIn profile.

Public speaking & personal branding, on a real stage
A River Cruise Manager is the voice of the ship for 100 to 200 international guests. The training focuses on exactly that: how to hold a room, tell a story and present yourself so recruiters notice you.

Everyone shares a twin cabin. Family and friends can share with their Academy participant; their package price still applies. Want a cabin to yourself? The single supplement is €450.
Travel to Düsseldorf and back home, plus the two optional pre-cruise hotel nights and meals (4 and 5 February). Tell us your arrival plans in the form and we help where we can.
Three steps to your cabin
Register
Fill in the short registration form. Enter your names exactly as in your passport: they go onto the ship's guest manifest.
Pay your advance
When you register, pay River Cruise Mentor the €250 advance per person, or the full amount, by bank transfer. The advance confirms your cabin. Academy students and graduates on their first bootcamp pay nothing.
Pay the advance or the full amountPay the balance
The balance is due by 6 January 2027, in any amounts you like. An invoice follows for every payment.
Places are limited. You can withdraw within 14 days of registering and your advance is refunded. After that the cabins are booked with the ship, so the advance and any balance already paid cannot be refunded. Cancelling after confirming also means no place on a future bootcamp.
